Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 10, 2026

1. Overview

Batt Analytics ("we", "us", or "our") provides hockey analytics tools and dashboards (the "Service") at battanalytics.app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account information — name, email address, and authentication details, collected and managed via our authentication provider, Clerk.
  • Billing information— when you subscribe to a paid app, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not collect or store your card number, expiration date, or CVC. We retain limited subscription metadata (e.g., which apps you're subscribed to, subscription status) needed to provide access to the Service.
  • Usage data — basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically through standard hosting and analytics infrastructure (Vercel).

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide, maintain, and secure access to the Service and its individual apps
  • To process subscriptions, payments, and manage billing through Stripe
  • To communicate with you about your account, subscription, or support requests
  • To monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the Service

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party providers to operate the Service:

  • Clerk — authentication and account management
  • Stripe — payment processing, subscription billing, and the customer billing portal
  • Vercel — application hosting and infrastructure

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data. We encourage you to review their policies as well.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and subscription information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription or delete your account, we retain only the minimum information necessary for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the third-party service providers listed above, to the extent necessary for them to perform their services, or where required by law.

7. Your Rights

You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time through your account settings, or by contacting us directly. You may also manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

10. Contact Us
