1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Batt Analytics ("we", "us", or "our") and the tools, dashboards, and data made available at battanalytics.app (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing to, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Certain apps within the Service require a paid subscription, billed on a recurring (monthly) basis through Stripe.
• By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellations take effect as described at the time of cancellation; you will retain access through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of any price changes affecting active subscriptions.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service or its content to any third party without authorization
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any access controls, paywalls, or security features of the Service
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract data or content from the Service for redistribution
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying models of the Service

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all tools, software, data models, analytics, design, and content, is owned by Batt Analytics and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own internal purposes for as long as your subscription is active. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Data and Accuracy Disclaimer

The Service provides analytics, projections, and comparables derived from publicly available and third-party data sources. While we strive for accuracy, the Service is provided for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for any contractual, financial, or personnel decision. We make no guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or projections provided.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and up to date but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including during maintenance or due to factors outside our control.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, including the Acceptable Use section above. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Batt Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
